Ask AI Academy respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect when you register and how we use it.

What we collect

• Your name, WhatsApp number and email address, entered on the registration form.
• Payment status and a payment reference from Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI PIN or bank details.
• Basic campaign information (such as the link you came from) to understand which promotions work.

How we use it

• To confirm your seat and send your ticket on WhatsApp and email.
• To send event reminders and important updates about the session you registered for.
• To check you in at the venue and to handle refunds or support requests.

Who we share it with

Only service providers needed to run the event: Razorpay (payments), AiSensy (WhatsApp messages), Supabase (secure database hosting) and Vercel (website hosting). We do not sell your data.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your data, or to stop messages, at any time by writing to hello@askaiacademy.com. We keep registration records only as long as needed for the event and legal or accounting requirements.
