Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation by you

Cancel at least 24 hours before your session starts and you get a full refund. Write to hello@askaiacademy.com or WhatsApp +91 8200207120 from the number you registered with, quoting your ticket ID. Requests made less than 24 hours before the session, and no-shows, are not refundable.

Automatic refunds

• If a session fills up before your payment is confirmed, you are refunded in full automatically.
• If money is deducted but you receive no ticket, or you are charged twice, write to us and we will refund the extra or failed payment.
• If we cancel or reschedule a session and you cannot attend the new time, you get a full refund.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay and typically reach you within 5-7 working days, depending on your bank.
