These terms apply when you register for an in-person event ("Masterclass") run by Ask AI Academy ("we", "us") through askaiacademy.com. By paying for a ticket you agree to them.

Tickets and seats

• The ticket price (₹499 per person, in Indian Rupees) is shown before you pay. One ticket admits one person.
• A seat is held for 10 minutes while you pay and is confirmed only after your payment succeeds.
• Seats are limited per session. If a session fills up before your payment reaches us, you are refunded in full automatically.
• Each WhatsApp number can hold one confirmed ticket. Tickets are not transferable without our written consent.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets). We do not store your card or bank details.

On the day

• Please arrive 15 minutes early and show the QR code from your WhatsApp ticket at the entrance.
• Sessions may be shifted or rescheduled if circumstances require it. We will inform you on WhatsApp and email.
• We may refuse entry for disruptive behaviour. Content shown during the Masterclass is for learning and may not be recorded or redistributed without permission.

Liability

The Masterclass is educational. We do not guarantee any particular business or career outcome. Our liability is limited to the ticket price you paid.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Surat, Gujarat have jurisdiction.
